SOCIAL INITIATIVE

MILO Learning Programme

Why Education?

Of course we acknowledge there are many other social challenges that affect underprivileged children such as hunger, parents with AIDS, single parent families, unemployed parents, shack-housing, no running water,no toilets, no electricity …………… Unfortunately the list goes on

  • Educationin South Africa is in Crisis and children are not learning. Worse than that, they are not getting a proper education or dropping out with all the extreme negative consequences. MILO provides a skill-for-life and shows the way to better results and a better future.
  • For us it’s simple. Educating our youth is the key to our nation’s future. It is also key to their futures.

The MILO Learning Programme as Enterprise Development?

As MILO progresses more facilitators will be required to run the courses.

MILO has identified an Enterprise Development opportunity and has mandated REDS to identify appropriate candidates to Facilitate teaching the MILO Learning Programme.

MILO will make the final selection of candidates and will train them to teach the Learning Programme as Facilitators.

After successful 6 weeks’ training, MILO will enter into an agreement with the Facilitator/s providing them with the opportunity of running their own independent business/es as service provider/s to the MILO Learning Programme, and as Independent Contractors.
